You can't use adsense on wordpress.com blogs. Read the wordpress terms of service - they don't allow users to place adverts on their free blogs.

You can post adsense on wordpress.com, as long as you host it elsewhere other than the free service from WP.  Once you have hosted elsewhere, you can find themes that are already set up to allow Adsense, or you could always DIY by adding in the generated code given.

Like Gracey said, you cannot use adsense on a free wordpress.com blog. You can get a domain name and hosting service and upload your wordpress blog there. After you do that, it's actually very simple to setup adsense on wordpress. See here for an easy step-by-step guide with screenshots to add adsense to your wordpress without any programming knowledge: http://catwchang.com/?p=127

"You can post adsense on wordpress.com as long as you host it elsewhere other than the free service from WP."

That isn't wordpress.com, however. That's wordpress.org. Self-hosted blogs or blogs hosted by other webhosting services are not considered wordpress.com blogs.

Technicality, I know - but that's how wordpress themselves refer to the two different types of blogs.

If you host your own website or can edit the HTML code, please complete the following steps:

<p>This post confirms my ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program policies and Terms and Conditions:  ca-pub-6756833443384729 </p>

   3. Resubmit the application as described below after replacing www.itworldforyou.com in the 'Website URL' with the URL of the page on which you have pasted the snippet.

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.

  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
