create a folder eyeblaster in root of your domain and install addineyeV2.html in that folder.

Yeah same thing happened with me in my blog as well and i wonder that this thing hasn't been shown before so definitely this is strange for me :/ so now tell me please will this effect in adsense account or not ? please tell me how to get rid from this ?

Adsense publishers aren't required to do any of that, and if you're using something like blogger there isn't any way to do that.

Adsense publishers aren't required to do any of that.

Adsense not serve only adwords ads but other network ads also, and some times those ads may create error 404 ( Flash or image types of ads)
