Well, click on the Ad Choices link on an ad on that site and report it then.

Duh,
Before jumping to conclusions you should look closer. If you click on the ad logos you will find they are from other ad servers, NOT adsense.

This is not AdSense, You can view the source code for the page you will not find any AdSense code.

Double click is not google adsense

if you look really closely you will see it says powered by Evidon (again not Adsense)

But whatever and whoever it is this has nothing to do with YOUR site or your account.
just cos someone else is acting incorrectly or even illegally doesn't give you any reason to do the same

Murder is wrong, doesn't stop it happening though does it.

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
