Why a screenshot is important
You might need to provide a screenshot to help our AdSense support team resolve an issue with your ads. Providing a screenshot gives our support team a direct visual of the issue, which helps us to resolve your problem quickly and accurately.
To capture a screenshot, follow the steps below.
Android
To take a screenshot on an Android device:
- Open the site that you want to capture.
- Press the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
If that doesn't work, press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time. In a few seconds, you'll hear a click, meaning your screen has been captured.
If neither of these work, visit your phone manufacturer’s support site for help. - Your device takes a picture of the screen and saves it.
- At the top of the screen, you'll find Screenshot capture
.
