Changes to receiving payments by Rapida

Due to new payments requirements introduced by LTD NCO “Rapida”, all AdSense publishers who have recently selected Rapida as a form of payment must enter a personalized Rapida Template ID in their AdSense account before November 15th, 2013, in order to continue receiving payments.

Am I impacted?

This change will only impact you if your AdSense account is one of the following:

  • An existing AdSense account that’s receiving payments via Russia Post (i.e., Rapida Post) but is not registered with RapidaOnline.
  • An existing AdSense account that’s registered with RapidaOnline but the RapidaOnline account hasn’t been personalized.
To view the status of your RapidaOnline account, check the upper right corner of your RapidaOnline account.
  • A new AdSense account that hasn’t started to receive payments yet.
If you’ve already entered your personalized Rapida Template ID in your AdSense account, you don’t need to take any further action.

What’s going to happen?

After November 15th, 2013, payments to AdSense accounts that don’t have a personalized Rapida Template ID entered will be put on hold. If you haven't entered a personalized Rapida Template ID in your AdSense account by this deadline, you'll see a “Payment hold” notification in your account.

What should I do next?

Going forward, your payments will only be made to the personalized RapidaOnline account that you’ve entered in your AdSense account. To receive all further payments, including your November payment, you should do the following before November 15th:

  1. Open an account with RapidaOnline.
  2. Personalize your RapidaOnline account.
  3. Choose your payment delivery method.
  4. In your AdSense account, re-select Rapida as your form of payment, then enter all of the required information, including your Rapida Template ID. For more information, see How do I sign up for Rapida payments?

Will delivery by post still be available to me?

Yes, you can still choose payment delivery via post from the available form of payments in RapidaOnline.

What should I do if my payment is cancelled?

If your payment is cancelled you should check that the following are true:

  • You’ve entered the correct Rapida Template ID in your AdSense account.
  • You’ve personalized your RapidaOnline account.
  • Your “Name/Family Name” is the same in both your AdSense and RapidaOnline accounts.
Notes:
  • If any one of the above is false, please ensure that you obtain the correct information and then go back to your AdSense account. You should then re-select Rapida as your form of payment and enter the correct details. For more information, see How do I sign up for Rapida payments?

If you still see a payment hold notification in your account after you’ve entered the correct details, please contact us via the form indicated in the email we sent you regarding the status of your payment.

  • If all of the above are true, please contact Rapida directly to find out why your payment was declined.

What happens if I don’t enter a personalized Rapida Template ID in my AdSense account by November 15th?

Your payment will be cancelled and the money returned to your AdSense account. You’ll see a payment hold notification in your account. No money will be charged and funds can stay in your AdSense account until you make the necessary changes as described in the "What should I do next?" section above.

If you already see a payment hold on your account, please follow the instructions in the "What should I do if my payment is cancelled?" section above.
