Audience Solutions is a Google Ad Manager 360 feature which might not be turned on for your network.
You can generate reports to see the billable and targeted segments that caused line items to deliver.
To view audience segment data:
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Create a new report.
- Choose Audience segment (billable) or Audience segment (targeted ) as a dimension.
