Google Ad Manager reserves up to four Saturdays each year as a possible maintenance window, during which we upgrade our software with new features and improvements. During these windows, you might not be able to access the user interface.
Because we know it's important for you to be able to access your Google Marketing Platform products during business hours, we schedule our maintenance windows on the weekends, when usage is low.
Maintenance windows apply to all customers. Unfortunately, our technology doesn't allow us to make exceptions. These standard maintenance windows are planned downtime. Please contact customer support with any questions or concerns.
We never interrupt ad serving for maintenance. Maintenance windows apply only to the products you use to manage your ad serving and view reports.
