Manage a child publisher

As an MCM Manage Account parent publisher, you can check the performance of your child publishers, access their networks, end agreements, and more. 

To check the onboarding status of a child publisher, go to Check child publisher readiness. 

See how your child publisher is performing

After the other network approves your request for delegation, you can view performance and revenue information for your new child publisher under "Payments."

1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
2. Click Admin  Multiple Customer Management. 
   The "Payments" tab is selected by default.
3. (Optional) To download a CSV file of the payment data, click Download CSV. The file includes payment rows broken down by parent, child, month, and Ad Exchange product type.

Access a child publisher’s network

1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
2. Click Admin  Multiple Customer Management  Child publishers.
3. To open a separate instance of Ad Manager that is signed in to the child publisher in a new window, under "Account access," click Go to network .

Note that child owned and operated (O&O) sites must be added to the child’s Ad Manager instance. The parent or child can do this.

Change the revenue share

Revenue shares cannot be updated within an existing agreement.

In order to change the allocated revenue share, the parent publisher must end the agreement and send a new invitation with a new proposed auto-payment percentage.

End the agreement

After an agreement is accepted, the parent or child publisher can end the agreement at any time. This helps publishers ensure their users’ data is processed securely by trusted partners. 

As a parent publisher, follow these steps to end an agreement with a child publisher:   

1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
2. Click Admin  Multiple Customer Management Child publishers.
3. Next to a child publisher’s name, check the box.
   Tip: You can end multiple agreements at once.
4. Click End agreement Confirm.
