Third-party ads behave identically to AdSense ads. All third-party ads, including those served to AdSense publishers through Google certified ad networks, must comply with Google's image ad and content policies.

While sharing identical behavior, third-party ads can differ from AdSense ads in the following ways:
- Labeling differences: Third-party ads may display without the "Ads by Google" text.
- Tagging and cookies: Some third-party ads are served by Google but carry third-party tagging or cookies provided directly by the advertiser or ad network.
