Publishers can request access to another publisher's inventory. The publisher requesting access is known as a "parent publisher." The publisher who shares their inventory is a "child publisher."
Parent publishers can send invites to one or more child publishers.
Note that the MCM child network approval process usually takes a few days, but in some cases it can take 2-4 weeks.

Invite multiple child publishers
You can invite up to 1000 child publishers at once. To get started, we suggest inviting a smaller number and gradually increasing it until you’re familiar with the process.
To invite multiple child publishers, you use a CSV file. You can upload a single file for Manage Inventory and Manage Account children. For Manage Inventory entries, don’t include revenue share data or you’ll get an upload error.
- Click Admin
MCM
Child publishers.
- (Optional) To review the required format, click Download sample CSV file.
- Choose an upload option:
- Click Browse and select your CSV file.
- Drop your CSV file into the box.
- After your file uploads, click Confirm.
If any error messages appear after your upload, correct the file and upload it again.
Follow up on an invitation
A child publisher’s status affects how parents can follow up on an invitation.
- If the child’s status is “Inactive,” the parent can send a new invitation.
- If the child’s status is “Expired,” the parent can resend an invitation.
Send a new invitation
If a child publisher’s status is “Inactive,” you can send a new invitation to resume an MCM relationship. You can update the invitation with a new proposal.
Sending a new invitation applies when a parent publisher has withdrawn from a child publisher, or a child publisher has rejected a parent publisher.
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Admin
Multiple Customer Management
the Child publishers tab.
- Next to the child publisher’s name, check that the “Status” column shows “Inactive.”
Note: If their status is “Invited,” an invitation is pending. - Click the child publisher’s name
Send new invitation.
- In the new invitation, make any changes
click Send new invitation.
Resend an invitation
If the child publisher’s status is “Expired,” you can resend an invitation. The invitation is valid for 90 days. If the child doesn’t accept the invitation within 90 days, you can resend the invitation again.
If you need to change the proposal, withdraw the invitation so the child’s status becomes inactive, and send a new invitation instead.
Resending an invitation applies when the child publisher does not have an associated network.
- Click Admin
Multiple Customer Management
the Child publishers tab.
- Next to the child publisher’s name, check that the “Status” column shows “Expired.”
Note: If their status is “Invited,” an invitation is pending. - Click the child publisher’s name.

See how your child publisher is performing
After the other network approves your request, you can view performance and revenue information for your new child publisher under "Payments."
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Admin
Multiple Customer Management.
The "Payments" tab is selected by default.
End the agreement
After an agreement is accepted, the parent or child publisher can end the agreement at any time. This helps publishers ensure their users’ data is processed securely by trusted partners.
