You can also find accessibility settings in Quick Settings, where you can quickly change your preferred text and content settings.
Tip: These settings can also be set up from the start in the setup wizard.
Change display size and text
Important: The font size setting doesn't apply to some apps.
To make your font size smaller or larger:
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Search and select Font size.
- To change your preferred font size, move the slider left or right.
To make your display size smaller or larger:
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Search and select Display size.
- To change your preferred display size, move the slider left or right.
Tip: You will find a preview of the change of your font and display sizes after you've set each slider to your preferred size. If you don't like it, to reset your settings, tap Reset settings. Your display size and text preferences will reset to the original setting of your device.
Use Quick Settings to adjust font
Important: If you adjust the font size from 'Settings', the Font size tile will be automatically added in Quick Settings. If you haven't done it yet, you must first add Font size to Quick Settings. Learn more about Quick Settings.
- From the top of the screen, swipe down to find Quick Settings.
- Tap Font size.
- Choose your preferred font size:
- To increase the font size: Tap Increase

- To decrease the font size: Tap Decrease
.
- To adjust the font size: Drag the percentage slider left or right.
Tip: You can adjust font size up to 200%.
Important: Some apps won't use this setting.
You can use bold font to improve visibility.
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility

- Turn Bold text on or off.
High contrast can make text easier to read on your device. This feature changes the text colour to either black or white, depending on the original text colour.
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility

- Turn High contrast text on or off.
Colour correction and grayscale settings help your device compensate for colour blindness.
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility

- Turn Use colour correction on.
- Choose a correction mode.
- Optional: To control the intensity of the colour correction, adjust the slider.
- This feature isn't available on all devices.
Important: Colour inversion reverses the colour on the screen, and applies to everything including media.
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility

- Turn Use colour inversion on.
Use dark theme and colour inversion together
- Android 10 and up: If you open an app that doesn't support a dark theme, turn on colour inversion.
- Android 9 and lower: You can use only one of these settings at a time. If you turn on dark theme, colour inversion automatically turns off.
Change motion settings
You can turn off animations to help you focus.
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility

- Turn Remove animations on.
You can make the mouse pointer bigger so it's more noticeable.
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility
Colour and motion.
- Turn Large mouse pointer on.
You can dim your screen beyond your phone's minimum brightness so it's more comfortable to read.
- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Turn Extra dim on.
