The steps to set up your calendar depend on the calendar that you previously used.

I previously used Google Calendar
On your Android device, open the Calendar app  and sign in with your Google Workspace account.
I previously used an iOS calendar app
  1. On your iOS device, open Settings.
  2. Tap Passwords & Accounts.
  3. Tap Add accountand thenGoogle.
  4. Enter your Google Workspace email addressand thentap Next.
  5. Enter your password. If you don't have the latest operating system and you use 2-Step Verification, enter an app password instead of your regular password. For details, see Sign in using App Passwords.
  6. Tap Next.
    Emails, contacts, and calendar events now automatically sync with your Google Workspace account across devices.
  7. (Optional) To sync only your calendar, turn off the other services.
  8. On your Android device, open and sign in to the Calendar app  to see your calendar events.
I used a web-based calendar
  1. On your computer, open a web browser and open your calendar.
  2. Export and save your calendar events as a CSV file.
  3. In a web browser on your computer, go to Google Calendar and sign in with your Google Workspace account. 
  4. At the top, click Settings and thenSettings.
  5. On the left, click Import & Export.
  6. Under Import, choose which calendar to add the imported events to and click Import.
    By default, events are imported into your primary calendar.
  7. On your Android device, open and sign in to the Calendar app  to see your calendar events.

Note: If you import repeating events from a CSV file, they might appear on your calendar as a series of one-time events.

I used a third-party app
On your Android device, choose an option:
  • Open the Play Store app  and download the calendar app that you used.
  • Open the Gmail app  and enter your POP information.
