如果 Microsoft Windows 10 或 11 裝置已註冊 Windows 裝置管理服務，管理員可以從遠端將使用者登出帳戶。如果 Windows 裝置遺失或遭竊，或是使用者忘記登出 Google 帳戶，您可以將使用者登出，藉此保護機構資料。

登出使用者的機制如何運作

• 如果您從遠端將使用者登出裝置，他們登出的會是網路瀏覽器中的 Google 帳戶，而不是 Windows 裝置本身。
• 為了提升安全性，您將使用者登出 Google 帳戶後，他們必須在 Google 登入畫面中輸入 Google 憑證，才能重新登入裝置。進一步瞭解如何在發生安全性事件後登入帳戶。

注意：如要讓使用者的 Windows 裝置在閒置一段時間後自動鎖定，請在 DeviceLock 中新增自訂設定。

從 Windows 裝置中將使用者登出 Google 帳戶

事前準備：如要使用這項功能，請先為裝置註冊 Windows 裝置管理服務。瞭解詳情

1. 登入 Google 管理控制台。

   請使用「管理員帳戶」(結尾「不是」@gmail.com) 登入。

2. 依序點選「選單」圖示  「裝置」「總覽」。
3. 按一下 [端點]。
4. 選取您要將使用者登出的電腦。
5. 按一下左上方的「更多」圖示 [將使用者登出]。
6. 按一下 [將使用者登出] 即可確認。
