Are you a direct or resold customer?

If you have billing or payment questions regarding your G Suite service, you need to know your customer type to find the correct option for getting help. Customer types fall into one of 2 categories:

  • Direct—You signed up for G Suite directly online.
  • Resold—You signed up for your service through a G Suite reseller.

Any G Suite customer with questions that are not related to payments or billing can contact G Suite support.

Follow these steps to find your customer type.

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. From the Admin console dashboard, go to Billing.
  3. Next to your G Suite subscription, if you see:
    • Actions—You’re a direct customer.

      For help with billing or payment questions, contact G Suite support.

    • Contact Reseller to Modify Order—You’re a resold customer.

      For help with billing or payment questions, contact your reseller.
