Google Workspace for Education 版本：這些版本可授權給整個網域，並提供一整套好用又安全的工具，包括 Gmail、Classroom、Google 文件、簡報、雲端硬碟等，滿足教學和學習活動需求。
Google Workspace for Education 外掛程式：這些外掛程式是在既有版本的基礎上，為網域中的特定使用者提供額外功能。只有 Workspace 版本的現有客戶才能購買外掛程式。
Google Workspace for Education 授權：Workspace 提供多種授權，每種授權的功能皆不相同，讓客戶能更妥善管理使用者。

Google Workspace for Education 版本
- Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals：安全易用的免付費基本工具套件，有助促進協作、提升效率及管理課堂。可存取 Classroom、Meet、Gmail、Chat、Google 文件和表單等應用程式。
- Google Workspace for Education Standard：除了擁有 Education Fundamentals 的所有功能，這個付費版本還提供進階安全性與分析工具，有助您主動保護教育機構，防範數位威脅。
- Google Workspace for Education Plus：這個付費版本是我們最全面的解決方案，不僅包含 Education Fundamentals 和 Standard 版本的所有功能，還提供進階安全性與洞察資料，以及簡單易用的工具，讓您打造更豐富的個人化學習體驗。
所有符合資格的機構都能免付費使用 Education Fundamentals，Education Standard 和 Education Plus 則屬於付費訂閱項目。
Google Workspace for Education 外掛程式
- Gemini Education：Gemini 是一款 AI 助理，可幫助使用者節省時間、打造精彩學習體驗及想出新奇點子，並在互動期間全程保障安全與隱私。Gemini Education 將 Gemini 整合進 Gmail、Google 文件和簡報等 Workspace 應用程式，並開放使用者與 Google 目前最強大的 AI 模型 Gemini Advanced 對話。透過 Gemini Education，教育機構能以較低的價格在 Workspace 中開始使用生成式 AI，但每月用量設有限制。
- Gemini Education Premium：除了 Gemini Education 的所有功能外，還提供其他進階功能，例如在 Meet 中讓 AI 協助做筆記和整理摘要、運用 AI 強化資料遺失防護機制等，近期內還會推出更多新功能！透過這個外掛程式，使用者可以在 Workspace 盡情使用全套生成式 AI 工具。
- Teaching and Learning Upgrade：包含 Education Fundamentals 或 Education Standard 的全部功能，並提供各種能提高教學成效的工具，協助打造更豐富的個人化學習體驗、提升課堂效率及實現隨處教學，包括 Google Classroom 進階功能、更強大的 Meet 視訊溝通功能等等。
- Endpoint Education Upgrade：在 Education Fundamentals 版本新增了進階裝置管理功能。
- Google Workspace 額外儲存空間：讓您以 10 TB 為單位，逐步擴增 Google 雲端硬碟集區儲存空間。
所有 Google Workspace for Education 外掛程式均為付費訂閱項目。
Google Workspace for Education 授權類型
Google Workspace for Education 各版本和外掛程式均有相關聯的授權。舉例來說，Education Fundamentals 授權可存取 Education Fundamentals 版本的所有產品和功能。此外，我們將於 2025 年推出兩種新的授權：
- [即將推出] 僅限 Gmail 使用者：這項授權針對不需要存取 Google Workspace for Education 全部工具的使用者，他們只要能繼續使用 Gmail 即可。舉例來說，如果教育機構想為畢業的校友提供 Gmail 存取權，但不希望占用網域儲存空間配額，這項授權便十分實用。
- [即將推出] 封存使用者：這項授權可以妥善保存使用者資料，並提供與 Education Fundamentals 授權相同的安全保障，但使用者無法存取 Google Workspace for Education 服務。如果有使用者離開機構，這項功能就十分實用。管理員只要指派封存使用者授權給使用者，就能釋出他們的 Education Fundamentals 或「僅限 Gmail」使用者授權，再指派給網域內其他使用者。
「僅限 Gmail」和「封存使用者」授權將於 2025 年稍晚推出，無須付費即可使用。
