Get support for devices
For third-party audio or video components used with Meet hardware and supported by Google, contact your Google reseller or the device manufacturer for assistance before you contact Google support.
To get support for Meet hardware devices, contact the manufacturer using the following support pages:
Use online support
- Go to Troubleshoot Meet hardware.
- To file a support case, visit the Google Customer Care Portal.
Get help in the Admin console

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

On the Admin console Home page, click Support.

In the Help window, choose a suggested topic or click Search for help.

If you still need help, click Contact support.
