You can get support if you have any issues with Google Meet hardware devices, software, and services. 

Get support for devices

Google does not support third-party audio or video components used with Meet hardware. Contact your Google reseller or the device manufacturer for assistance.

Use online support

Get help in the Admin console  

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. On the Admin console Home page, click Support.
  3. In the Help window, choose a suggested topic or click Search for help.
  4. If you still need help, click Contact support.
    Available only if you have the Google Meet hardware privilege
