No option to enter VAT ID or tax status
Applies to G Suite, Google Drive Enterprise, Cloud Identity Premium, and other paid services managed in the Google Admin console.
When setting up billing for my Google service, I don’t see the option to enter my value-added tax (VAT) ID or tax status. My business resides in a European Union (EU) country where VAT applies.
Select a billing country in the European Union (EU)
When you set up your Google billing account, the option to enter your VAT ID and tax status only appears if you select a billing country in the EU. If you’re an EU customer but don’t see these options in the billing setup window, click Back to go back and select the correct European Union country. Or restart billing for G Suite or Cloud Identity Premium, and this time choose the correct country.
Contact a reseller to change your billing country
If you already set up billing, you need to transfer your account to a local reseller to change your billing country and enter your VAT ID and tax status information.
You can’t change your billing country and available currencies after setting up your billing account, without transferring your account to a reseller.
