This article is for administrators. To manage your own groups, visit the Google Groups help.
In Google Groups, a group's access and visibility settings determine who can view the group's members list. For example, a group's access settings might allow only group members to view the group's members list.
If Google Groups for Business is turned on for your organization, members also appear on the group's Members page in Google Groups.
Viewing the members list in calendar invitations
In calendar invitations, the members list:
- Appears only after you save or send the invitation.
- Is visible to invitees if the group has fewer than 200 guests and if the group's access and visibility settings allow.
