Request more Education accounts

Important: G Suite for Education accounts provide 10,000 user licenses. If you need more than 10,000 user accounts, contact the Google Cloud Support team. If you aren't using G Suite for Education, you can purchase additional user licenses via the Admin console.

You can see how many users are currently added to your account on the Google Admin console Home page and the Users page. If you reach your limit, you'll see an alert on those pages, as well.

To request additional education accounts: 

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    To see Support, you might have to click More controls at the bottom.

  3. Review your options for contacting G Suite support.

After receiving your allotment for new users, you need to add the users to your account. For details, see Options for adding users.
