Organization branding lets you create Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms templates using the standard template gallery and create a custom template gallery for your organization.

- All documents created from the templates remain but your organization's custom gallery is no longer available.
- Users can't create new documents from custom templates or define new custom templates.
- Admins can't manage template categories or approve templates submitted by users.

Advanced Google Chat room features include threaded rooms and rooms that allow external users.
What happens after April 5 if I don't upgrade?
Users can continue using existing rooms that have these features enabled, and can make changes to existing rooms, such as adding or removing members. But users can no longer create rooms of this type.

Advanced endpoint management lets you make your organization's Google Workspace data more secure across your users' mobile devices, desktops, laptops, and other endpoints.
What happens after April 5 if I don't upgrade?
- No advanced management configurations will apply to enrolled devices.
- Advanced management configurations will be lost (configurations won't be saved).
- Basic management policies will apply to devices.
If you don’t upgrade, we recommend you turn on basic management before April 5. If you turn on basic management, users can continue to access Google Workspace securely.
