New YouTube mobile app design (including new spot for the create icon!)

If you’re located in India, you’ve likely noticed a design change (see below!) to the YouTube mobile app on Android 15.30+. If you don’t see it yet and should, try restarting the app.
We plan to bring the design to iOS and all locations globally in the future. I’ll keep this thread updated with any news, so you can subscribe to get notified directly in your inbox!
We hope this change makes it easier for you to create videos on mobile, by placing the create icon in the middle of the bottom navigation bar. You’ll notice the Subscriptions and Notifications icons have moved, but the functionality remains exactly the same!
