How do i resolve the reused content issue?

Question

I have got a reused content when trying to monetize my channel and i did try to appeal to that and i now fully realize and understand the reused content issue. What can i do to resolve this?
Should i add the creators of the images and videos i use in my youtube description? what can i do to save my channel and prevent myself from deleting my videos and starting over again? I have pulled free images that are under creative commons and i use free to use music and put a link in the description. I create it all in canva and even use some of their free resources to do this.

Please help to answer my questions i have read different things to do and i am very confused. I still don't understand much and this is my first channel. What advice do you have if i create an entirely new channel.
