Buying captions & translations FAQ

How is buying captions or translations different from auto-generated captions?
Auto-generated captions are produced by computers. Captions or translations that you buy are created for you by professional translators.
My title, description, and subtitles/CC are in different languages. Can I still place an order?
Each order must be for translation from one language only.
For example, if your video has captions only in Hindi, but the title and description are only in English, you cannot place a single order to translate them into Japanese and Chinese. You would need to place two separate orders:
  1. Order to translate the title and description from English into Japanese and Chinese
  2. Order to translate the subtitles/CC from Hindi into Japanese and Chinese
