Primetime channel refund policies

  • You can cancel a Primetime Channel at any time. When you cancel your membership, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
  • Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on the card issuer.
  • YouTube purchases made on the YouTube Android app will be billed via Google Play. Go to payments.google.com to learn about new charges and understand how you’re billed.
  • If you signed up via Apple, you’ll need to get in touch with Apple support to request a refund for Primetime channels. Apple’s refund policy will apply.
