Pay-Per-View event refund policies

• You can request a refund up until the scheduled start time of the event.
• If your refund is approved, you’ll get a confirmation on the next screen. We'll remove access to the event and your money will be returned within the refund timelines listed here.

Request a refund for a Pay-Per-View event

On your Android device: 

1. Go to the Purchases page of your account
2. Find the item you’d like refunded and tap More Manage in Google Play

You’ll be redirected to a form and asked to answer a few questions about your purchase. Add required details and click confirm to submit your request.
