- You can request a refund up until the scheduled start time of the event.
- If your refund is approved, you’ll get a confirmation on the next screen. We'll remove access to the event and your money will be returned within the refund timelines listed here.
Request a refund for a Pay-Per-View event
If you have an active paid membership, sign in to request a refund.
YouTube purchases made through the Apple store require authorization from Apple and are subject to their refund policies.
As such, we can’t grant refunds for purchases made on an Apple device or through Apple billing. Get in touch with Apple support to request a refund.
