When contacting your EMM or Android Enterprise partner, we recommend providing a report with the following details to help troubleshoot your issue:

  • Detailed step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue
  • Observed behavior
  • Expected behavior
  • How often the issue occurs
  • Device manufacturer and model of the affected device(s)

We also recommend including a bug report from an affected device (if applicable):

  1. Reproduce the issue on a device
  2. Note the date and time of the observed behavior
  3. Collect a bug report from the device
If the issue you're experiencing is related to installing or updating apps, collect a more detailed bug report with enhanced logging.
