Manage your collections & saved items

You can manage saved links, images, and places in Saved .

Important: This feature may not be available in all languages and countries or regions. To find your collections, you must be signed in to your Google Account.

Manage your saved items

You can find and manage all your saved items in one place, even if they aren’t in a collection.

Find saved items

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. Click All saved items.

Move a saved item

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. Click All saved items.
  3. At the top right, click Select.
    • Choose the items that you want to move to a collection.
  4. At the bottom, click Add to a collection.

Edit a saved item

Important: Saved items must be in a collection to edit them.

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. On the item that you want to edit, click the collection.
  3. On the saved item you want to edit, select More More .
  4. Click Edit Edit.
    • To edit the title: Overwrite the “Title” field.
    • To add a description: Enter in the “Add note” field.
    • To edit the thumbnail:
      1. Select Change thumbnail.
      2. If available, choose a different thumbnail option.
  5. Click Done.

Remove saved items

Important: This step deletes saved items from all collections and your account completely.

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. Click All saved items.
  3. At the top right, click Select.
  4. Choose the items that you want to remove.
  5. At the bottom, click Remove.

Remove your saved items from a collection

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. Click a collection.
  3. To remove items, click Organize.
  4. Choose the items that you want to remove.
  5. At the bottom, click Remove from collection.

Remove an entire collection

Important: You can delete collections that you created and collections that were shared with you. You can't delete collections created by Google, like Cookbook or Watchlist.

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. Click a collection.
  3. At the top right, click More More and then Delete Delete.

Move saved items from a collection

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. Click a collection.
  3. At the top right, click Organize.
  4. Select one or more items.
    • To move to a collection:
      1. Click Move to a collection.
      2. Select an existing collection or New collection.
        • Your saved items will be moved there and removed from the collection they’re currently in.
    • To add to a collection:
      1. Click Add to a collection.
      2. Select an existing collection or New collection.
        • Your saved items will be added to that collection and remain in the current collection.

Rename your collection

Important: You can’t rename a collection created by Google, like Cookbook or Watchlist.

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. Click a collection.
  3. At the top, click More More and then Edit Edit.
  4. Update the title.
  5. Click Done.

Tip: To edit the title, at the top, you can also click the title of the collection.

Share a collection

  1. On your computer, go to Saved .
  2. Click the collection that you want to share.
  3. At the top right, click Share Share.
  4. Choose the link that you want to share.
    • To let others edit your collection: Select Contributor link.
    • To let others view your collection: Select View only link.
  5. Add the name or emails that you want to share with.
    • You can also copy the link to share elsewhere.
  6. Click Send .
