Fix a problem

Play progress doesn’t sync across devices

• Turn on Web & App Activity.
• Sign in to the same Google Account across the devices you want to sync.
  • Tip: If you recently renamed a conflicting account, try to sign in with the new name.

Can’t open Google Podcasts on the web

Tip: After you complete each step, try to open Google Podcasts again.

1. Restart your computer.
2. Check if you can open other websites.
3. Quit your browser, like Chrome or Safari. Then re-open it.
4. Learn how to clear your browsing data.

Tip: If you clear browsing data, it might also reset your saved playback settings, like playback speed.
