Google Assistant saying "Unable to obtain permissions" on Skagen Falster 3. 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 2 Upvotes

Hello folks!

I have recently purchased a brand new Skagen Falster 3.

After setting everything up, I noticed that the Google Assistant does only work partially.

For example, I cannot initiate a call, send a SMS nor WhatsApp message.

The smartwatch gives me the following error: "Unable to obtain permissions"

I already have reinstalled the Google, WearOS and Messages app several times; enabled and disabled the permissions of these apps; cleared the cache and much more - also on my Phone, a Samsung Galaxy S9 running Android 10 on it.

Does anybody have an idea how to fix this error?

Same issue, bought the watch 2 days ago, thinking about sending it back if google assistant isn't working.
