Wear OS 2 with Supervised Family Link Account - Account Action Required 0 Recommended Answers 4 Replies 3 Upvotes

Trying to setup Ticwatch E with account that is currently supervised by Google Family Link. Can add the account but immediately receive notification that account action is required with no ability to resolve.

All apps function correctly EXCEPT for Google Play Store.

I removed account from Family Link and notification was resolved, Play Store worked fine.

Is there a way to have account supervised by Family Link and NOT have Action Action Required issues?

I have this exact same issue with my son's new Ticwatch. It's running WearOS 2 and he uses a supervised Google account. I removed supervision from his account for him to install a few watch apps and then reinstated the supervision. This is a major inconvenience and makes me wish he purchased a different type of smart watch now.

Same problem here. I don't want to have to re set up supervision every time we need Google play access on my son's watch.
