Why won’t my steps show on my fossil watch screen? 1 Recommended Answer 64 Replies 267 Upvotes

I have just bought a fossil watch today and the watch shows that it’s tracking my steps, but when I change the watch face to the one with the time and step counter, it says I have done 0 steps. I do not have the Android fit app as I can’t get it on iOS.
Also, my calander on my phone doesn’t sync to the watch, I have downloaded the google calander and that doesn’t sync across to my watch either.

Hi Anna-Britt,

Are you using the Google Fit app on your watch? If so, does your activity show up on the web at https://fit.google.com

My Fossil Gen 3 smartwatch is no longer showing steps on the watch face. Google Fit continues to record steps and heart rate, but only visible on the app itself.
