The only way my screen comes on is if I press the side button and there’s no response on the home screen. I’m not getting any notification and it’s connected to the wear app. Please advise
Also  everything else works date time and weather update. It seems to only be the actual watch face that’s malfunctioning

Which watch face is not working? If it is a 3rd party watch face, then contact the developer to share your experiences.

Try a hard power down by holding down the side button for about 20-30 seconds. Hope that will let you get into the settings to do a reset.

The hard reset worked for me too. But why is it that this is the second time this has happened, and has happened to the 128 other people that clicked the “Me Too” button??

Has anyone found out why you have to do a hard reset to get the watch to response? Is it something we are doing to make the watch stop responding?
