iOS 13 issues iPhone 11. Reset watch - can’t connect . Bluetooth  cycling on and off and On as my watch connects and disconnects to the phone . Can’t complete watch setup  or select  google account  for setup

I have the tag heuer 45 modular, the new iPhone 11 Pro with the IOS 13.... and the same problem..
The bluetooth appears connect ... not connect......Over and over....
I'm freaking out!!!!!!

although I never saw that message.... I try to connect and doesn't connect...

hope that changes real fast.....

Guys!!! I figure it out!

There is an iOS 13 beta 4 available. 

I tried it out , and it works!!!!! (At least for me). My watch and iPhone are finally sync

I Have a Galaxy Watch. I got the new brand iphone 11 with ios 13, it does work only for one day with the iphone. but suddenly doesn't. By upgradig the galaxy watch app and the tizen app on the watch don't help at all. and now i don't know what to do
