I have done a factory data reset and the re-updated everything as far as it would go and it would still only update to 1.2. the mobvoi site says that the Ticwatch E has Wear OS 2.0 so I don't understand why I can't update it further to the most recent version. Please help.

So how does one check for the system version?

Hi Yasser,

Yes, the Ticwatch S should received the new Google Wear OS update since it is coming to all watches with Android Wear 2.0 or later.

That said, I agree with Kevin - now isn't necessarily a great time to buy a watch with a two-year-old processor when watches packing the new SDW3100 SoC are just around the corner. Of course at the same time you may be able to get a deal on slightly-older tech. Just kind of depends on your priorities.
