I know this is an old issue but I've not been able to find a solution. I am getting this warning on my TicWatch E. I've done Factory reset twice to no avail. Has anyone found a solution? If so, please clue me in.

It makes sense that the AAR would appear with the G-Suite account (and not the personal Gmail account) since it should be prompting you to enable the additional security features required by your company/organization/domain administrator. I'm the only user on my G-Suite domain and my policies are accordingly lax, but I still had to go through three separate AAR prompts in order to satisfy those requirements.
I went through the process again with another watch (a ZTE Quartz - I was testing with my daily-driver LG Watch Sport earlier), and I did run into a bit of trouble this time. I'd get the expected AAR, I'd tap on the notification, the watch would present a quick progress bar, but then it would dump me right back to the AAR notification. I eventually went into the Play Store, received a notification that Google Play Services was out of date, and let it update. Once that was updated, tapping on the AAR notification let me proceed with the rest of the setup. So with that in mind, please be sure that you don't have any pending updates available.
Have you installed the Google Apps Device Policy app on your watch? If not, you might try manually installing that and then launching it to see if that will take you through the remaining setup.
Failing that, it's probably a good idea to contact the administrator of your G-Suite domain to see if they have any ideas about what other policies might need to be applied.
Cheers,
John

After two rounds of waiting for the watch to get itself fully up to date, during which time I had installed Google Apps Device Policy Manager, the notification was still there. Tapping 'open' did nothing.
But then I noticed "Device Policy" had appeared in the watch apps list after the latest update finally downloaded, and was installed via Settings⇾System⇾About⇾System Updates. Opening "device policy" from the apps list told me I needed to set a password (or pattern etc) for that account.
So I did, and FINALLY, after three days of too-many-hours staring at a tiny screen, and wondering if the watch had been a bad idea, the notification has at least gone away. Yet to see if this means that I'll get my work notifications (which was the point) etc without having to use the unlock pattern etc, but at least it's now got this far.

Nice! I don't know why it wouldn't have prompted you to install that component but I'm glad to hear that installing it manually worked out.
I'm happy I could help!

Hi Gary,
Are you using a personal @gmail.com account or is it a G-Suite account?
Thanks,
John

Thanks - I'm about to set up my watch with my G-Suite account so that I can (hopefully) help out a bit better.
In the mean time, when does this notification appear, particularly after performing a factory reset and setting the watch up again?

I *seems* to appear after a push notification from anything Google. Thanks very much for taking the time to help me out. I'm coming from a Pebble 2SE and this stuff is a whole new ballgame.

When I swipe from the left it says Off-Line even though it's on-line. Another G-Suite feature?
