I know this is an old issue but I've not been able to find a solution.  I am getting this warning on my TicWatch E.  I've done Factory reset twice to no avail.  Has anyone found a solution?  If so, please clue me in.

Are you using a personal @gmail.com account or is it a G-Suite account?

Thanks - I'm about to set up my watch with my G-Suite account so that I can (hopefully) help out a bit better.

In the mean time, when does this notification appear, particularly after performing a factory reset and setting the watch up again?

I *seems* to appear after a push notification from anything Google.  Thanks very much for taking the time to help me out.  I'm coming from a Pebble 2SE and this stuff is a whole new ballgame.

The watch reset, clear cache/date from everything Wear OS related didn't work for me, even after a half dozen attempts.  What did work was pairing the watch, (Fossil Sport), to a different phone.  Then, after that successful pairing, I did a remove/reset watch from the Wear OS app and then tried to pair it to the first phone... successfully.
