How do I change my budget?

  1. Sign into your advertising account at
  2. From the left panel, go to Manage Campaigns.
  3. In the "Budget Plan" section, edit the Budget field.
  4. Click Update Campaign to save changes.
Use the "Spent" bar located at each campaign page to track your current budget spent.

How do I edit my credit card details?

  1. Login to your account at
  2. Go to Account Settings and then Billing.
  3. Under "Your Payment Method", click Change Payment Method.
  4. Enter your new credit card details and click Update Payment Method.

Where can I view my invoices?

We issue Invoices for credit card payments and wire transfers during the second week of each month.

Credit card invoices are sent to the email address specified in your account settings. Please verify the address:

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Go to Account Settings and then Billing.
  3. View and edit the "Email for Invoices" field in the tab.

Please verify that the invoice didn't end up in your spam folder. You can download all of your credit card invoices from the "Invoices" tab.

If you pay by wire transfer, you won't see your invoices nor be able to edit the email for invoices in the dashboard.

What credit cards can I use?

We currently accept the following international credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express. Debit cards are not supported.

Can I remove my credit card information?

Waze is unable to completely delete your credit card information from the system. 

However, Waze makes the security and confidentiality of your information our highest priority.
Waze is in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry security guidelines and industry standards for all the credit card types we support.
