The Waze Ads Fundamentals course is an e-learning program offered through Google Skillshop, designed to help advertisers and brands get started with Waze Ads and make the most of their campaigns.
From learning about Waze’s community and audience you can reach with your campaigns, to creative best practices that can help you stand out from the crowd, this e-learning course will equip you with the fundamentals you need to help you get the results you want.
Upon completion, you’ll be awarded a Waze Certified badge to showcase your Waze knowledge.
Before you begin
If you don't have a Skillshop account, you need to do so to access the Waze Ads assessments that are required to become certified. Find out how to set up your Skillshop account.
How the Waze Ads certification works
When you set up a Skillshop account, you'll get access to the free ads certification assessments offered by Google, including Waze, and related learning paths that you can use to study for the assessments.
To become Waze Ads Fundamentals certified, you need to pass the assessment that is available through Skillshop with an 80% score or higher.
How to stay certified
Your Waze Ads Fundamentals certification will remain valid for 1 year. After that, you’ll need to retake and pass the certification assessment to renew your certification. Upon completing your annual certification, you’ll receive your new badge via email.
The Waze Ads Fundamentals course and assessment are currently available in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
