How can I update my budget?

  1. Sign in at waze.com/business and enter your account.
  2. From the left panel, go to Manage Campaigns.
  3. Select the Pin campaign marked as "PIN#Business Name".
  4. Edit the Budget field to your new monthly budget and click Update Campaign.

Don't worry, if you changed the budget in the middle of the month, our system will deliver impressions relative to the number of remaining days in the month.

Make sure the new budget is higher than the amount already spend this month.
If you wish to decrease your budget, do it at the beginning of the following month.

How can I edit my credit card details?

  1. Sign in at waze.com/business and enter your account.
  2. From the left panel, go to Account Settings and then Billing
  3. Under "Your Payment Method", click Edit and enter your credit card details.
  4. Click Update Account to save changes.

Where can I see my invoices?

A digital invoice will be available in your advertiser account. Your invoice history is stored here for reference.

To view an invoice:

  1. Sign in at waze.com/business and enter your account.
  2. From the left panel, go to Accounts Settings and then Invoices.
  3. Locate the invoice you would like to view by date.
  4. Click the viewing button located under the "Invoice" column.

What types of credit cards can I use?

Our system accepts the following international credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and American Express. Debit cards are not supported.
 

I received an email about a failed charge, what should I do?

Our system has made several attempts to charge your credit card with no success.  In order to settle your debt and reactivate your account, please do the following:
  1. Sign in at waze.com/business and enter your account.
  2. From the left panel. go to Account Settings and then Billing
  3. Click Pay Now to settle the debt.
  4. Go to Account Settings and then Details
  5. Click Resume Advertising.
If the Pay Now button is not available, contact us.

Can I delete my credit card information?

Google makes the security and confidentiality of your information our highest priority.

Google is in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry security guidelines and industry standards for all credit card types we support.

Unfortunately, Google is unable to completely remove your credit card information from the system. 
We assure you that any information you have provided will remain secure and encrypted.
