How can I change my budget?
- Login to your account at waze.com/business
- Click the Account Settings link at the top of the page.
- In the Details tab, adjust the Budget field.
- Click Update Account.
How can I edit my credit card details?
Where can I see my invoices?
Our system automatically sends invoices to all our customers during the first week of each month.
Those invoices are sent to the email address entered in your account. Please verify that address:
Login to your account at biz.waze.com, click the Account Settings link at the top, and then click on the Billing tab. You will see the Email For Invoices field in that tab.
Please verify that the invoice email didn't end up in your spam folder.
You can also download all of your invoices from the Invoices tab in the same Account Settings page.
