Manage multiple accounts under one user

  1. While signed into your existing account, expand the left navigation panel.
  2. Click Create New Account.
  3. In the small window opened, click Create a new account again and you'll be directed to the new account creation wizard.
  4.  Fill in the new business information in the account creation wizard, the same way you did for the first business account.

Connect your user to additional accounts

To connect your user to additional accounts, you should request the account owner to add you as a user. If you've previously created an account using a different email, and want to connect that account to a new email:

  1. Sign into Waze Ads with your old email.
  2. Continue based on the screen you see after sign in:
    • If you're directed to an account: Go to Account Setting and then Access and add a new email to the permissions list.
    • If you're directed to the accounts explorer: Several accounts are associated to that email. Look for the account name in the search bar and add the new email to the permissions list.
    • If you  see a screen asking you to enter a business name: No account is associated to that email, try to sign in using a different email.
If you don't remember the email you created the account with, or have any other issues with connecting accounts to your login, contact us.

Navigate between your accounts

You can easily navigate between your accounts using the search bar located at the top section of the dashboard.
