Got questions?

I see a "No route" or "Routing server" error. How do I fix this?

If you see one of the above errors, here are a few things you can try:

Check your internet connection

You could be seeing a routing error message if your device isn’t connected to the internet. Make sure you’re connected and have a strong signal.

Try closing and reopening the app

Routing errors sometimes happen when you move from Wi-Fi to a mobile data connection.

  • Try closing and re-opening Waze
  • Check your internet connection and make sure you have a strong signal

Check your GPS connection

If the above doesn’t work, learn how to connect Waze to your GPS.
