You can delete your Waymo One Account through the Waymo One app. Keep in mind, you can’t delete your Waymo One account while on an active trip or if you have pending charges.
What deleting your account means
- Deleting your account is permanent
- You won’t be able to use the Waymo One service again until you create a new account. Please note, there may be a delay before you’re able to create a new account.
- Support will lose all access to your previous trip information. They’ll no longer be able to help with things like refunds for past trips, receipts, or finding lost items.
- This will delete information like: name, email, and trip history
- Waymo One's access to your Google account is revoked

How to delete your account
- Tap Account on the bottom menu
- At the top, tap Edit account
- Select Delete Account at the bottom
- Tap DELETE FOREVER
