We want to know how it goes! Waymo is learning and evolving our service based on your feedback. Our team regularly reviews comments left by riders, so keep them coming.
How does it work?
When you open leave feedback, it will automatically attach a timestamp and screenshot to better help us troubleshoot. You can also attach pictures of the problem (or awesomeness). In general, it’s best to submit issues separately, so we can look into them more easily.
For some trips, we may ask a question on the in-car screen or your phone to get feedback on a specific experience or feature.

Use the in-car screens or the Help tab in the Waymo app to direct service complaints to our Support team.

Anytime
To give us feedback at any time:
- Tap the Help tab.
- Tap Leave feedback.
- In the “What was good or bad?” text box, enter your feedback.
- Things we like to hear about:
- Driving behavior
- Routing
- Pickup and dropoffs
- Interactions with pedestrians and cyclists
- App and in-car bugs
- Things we like to hear about:
- If applicable, select one of the tag words provided.
- Upload any images necessary.
- Tap Submit to send feedback.
After your trip
At the end of each trip, tell us how it went by rating your trip and leaving comments.
