Our Support team is happy to help try to reunite you with items you may have lost in a vehicle. However, we cannot guarantee items will be found, delivered immediately, or returned to you undamaged.
Waymo is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle after your trip ends and does not provide refunds or reimbursement for the value of lost items.
Report a lost item
From your phone
If you have access to your phone, please contact Support through the Waymo One app:
- Tap Support at the bottom of the screen
- Tap Call
From the web
If you've lost your phone, or if you've left the service area, please contact Support by filling out this filling out our Lost and Found form.
Support will reach out to you with next steps.
Retrieve a lost item
Retrieve your item at a Waymo depot
Once Support confirms your item is ready for pickup, you can visit the Waymo depot at these times:
Monday - Friday
- 9AM - 10AM
- 1PM - 2PM
- 4PM - 5PM
Report a found item
From the passenger screen
If you’ve found an item in the vehicle during your ride, please contact Support by using the passenger screen and button. Please don't take the item with you.
