Trusted Testers are Waymo riders who may be asked to test new features and give feedback that helps us learn and improve.

Express interest in becoming a Trusted Tester through the Account tab of the Waymo app.
What’s expected of me as a Trusted Tester?
By being a Trusted Tester, you agree to assist Waymo in researching, analyzing, and improving our products and services. We’re looking for lots of feedback about your in-ride and app experience, and end-of-ride feedback for every trip if you can.
How do I give feedback?
Leave feedback at any time by going to the “Feedback” tab in the Waymo app.
We’ll ask you to provide a star rating at the end of each trip. Include more detailed feedback on what went well and what we can improve — your honest opinions help us improve.
How do I opt out of being a Trusted Tester?
Your participation is completely voluntary and you can choose to leave at any time by emailing support@waymo.com.
