Trigger types
For subtitles in your language, turn on YouTube captions. Select the settings icon at the bottom of the video player, then select "Subtitles/CC" and choose your language.
All tags fire based on events. Anytime Google Tag Manager registers an event, event triggers are evaluated and tags are fired accordingly.
The Page view triggers section includes the Consent Initialization, Initialization, Page View, DOM Ready, and Window Loaded trigger types while the Click trigger section includes the All Elements and Just Links trigger types.
An event can be a page view, a click on a button, a form submission, or any custom event that you define. These trigger types are available in Tag Manager:
