Tag Not Firing - "Click Element - matches CSS selector - [href*="mailto:"], [href*="tel:"]"
My team manages multiple Google Tag Manager and GA4 accounts.
For each of the accounts, we have GA4 Event tags set up to track email and phone url clicks.
We use the following Trigger set up to fire the tag:
"Click Element - matches CSS selector - [href*="mailto:"], [href*="tel:"]"
The Event tags created in Google Tag Manager work perfectly on all of the websites except for one (https://www.optimaladr.com/).
It's set up exactly how the others are, but won't fire in the preview mode or the live version. I'm not sure what the issue is and we need to get this set up. It doesn't make sense since the preview mode is showing all the other tags firing except for these clicks.

Please check the firing status in the Google tag assistant and also check the triggering conditions which are getting hampered while firing the tag, please correct it as per the requirement and recheck it by previewing the changes from GTM.
