What qualifies under our price match policy?
Google Store matches advertised online prices from qualifying retailers. You can select your country below.
Refunds can be processed as soon as your product is dispatched.
The following conditions apply:
- Up to two refunds per customer per model.
- You must make your request within the standard return period.
- Online pricing must be in the same currency as the currency used to purchase the qualifying product on Google Store.
- The advertised price must be for the same model (same colour and memory, if applicable).
- The advertised price must still be in effect when the adjustment is requested (if Google Store is out of stock, no rain checks apply).
- You must provide a live, publicly accessible link to the promo or web page that verifies the price. PDFs, screenshots, pictures or individual price quotes are not accepted.
- For phones, price match is available for unlocked models only. We’re unable to match pricing for operator models.
- If we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity, Google reserves the right to decline a price match.
Excludes:
- Contract mobile phones or financing deals
- Special daily or hourly deals
- Third-party pre-order offers or third-party trade-in offers
- Wholesale, special business, members-only or educational pricing
- Mail-in, coupon, gift card offers or pricing errors
- Product bundles, items at no charge or bundled services or support
- Clearance, open box, refurbished or pre-owned items
- Products dispatched or sold by third-party retailers on competitor’s website

What qualifies under our price protection policy?
If you make a purchase on Google Store and the Google Store price decreases within the standard return period, you may be eligible for a partial refund to match the lower price. The following conditions apply:
- You must make your request within the standard return period.
- If a lower price is the result of a promotion on Google Store and eligibility requirements are indicated in that promotion’s Terms and Conditions, you must meet all of them prior to making a price protection claim. Promotion Terms and Conditions are typically found at the bottom of the Google Store page.
- If you received a promotional price on your original purchase, price protection doesn't apply for any Google Store promotion launched subsequent to your purchase.
- Protection doesn't apply to price changes on refurbished products.
