If you buy an item from the Google Store and you find a better price at a selected retail partner or on Google Store within the return period, you may be eligible for a partial refund to match the lower price (exclusions apply).
Qualify for a price match
The Google Store matches advertised online prices from selected retail partners on the Google Store website and at Google retail locations (where available). To find a selected retail partner, select your country or region in the Find a selected retail partner tool.
Refunds for the price match are processed when your order is dispatched. You must make your request within the standard or holiday return period.
All of these conditions apply:
The selected retail partner must be located in the same country where you placed your Google Store order and the matching price in the same currency.
The advertised price must be for the same model. Item colour and memory must also be the same, if applicable.
The advertised price must still be in effect when you request the adjustment. You must also have completed a valid purchase for the item on Google Store or at a Google retail location.
If the item is out of stock on Google Store or at the selected retail partner, we can't provide the price match.
You must provide a live, publicly accessible link to the promo or web page that verifies the price. PDFs, screenshots, pictures or individual price quotes aren't accepted.
If a lower price is due to a promotion, you must meet all the eligibility requirements of that promotion's Terms and Conditions. You can find Google Store promotion Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the Google Store page.
For phones and other products with data plans, price match is available for unlocked models only. We can't match the price for operator models.
If we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, you may not get a price match.
We won't price match an item that you've purchased from a third-party retailer. You'll need to make any such request to the retailer, who will apply their own policy.
The maximum price match refund is limited to the balance of the purchase price, after trade-in credit.
Price match exclusions
Contract mobile phones or financing deals.
Third-party pre-order offers or third-party trade-in offers.
Wholesale, members-only or educational pricing.
Mail-in, printed coupon, gift card offers or pricing errors.
Product bundles, items at no charge or bundled services or support.
Clearance, open box, refurbished or pre-owned items.
Products delivered or sold by third-parties on a selected retail partner's website.
